Each month women of all ages have an opportunity to gather and develop bonds of friendship and to support each other in their spriitual development.  All women are invited to attend and to share their thoughts, ideas and feelings on how to further the empowerment of women.

The women's encouragement gatherings are held on the third Saturday of each month beginning with a potluck dinner at 6:30 and are hosted by participants from the group. 

These gatherings culminate each year with an annual women's retreat held at Questhaven Retreat Center near Escondido.  This retreat is sponsored by the Local Spiritual Assembly of San Diego.
